SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description
   This SMS messaging program sends appointment confirmations and reminder messages to patients who have scheduled an appointment with Mesa Chiropractic Rehab and Wellness through our website or via our scheduling forms, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.
   Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages may include:
   • Appointment confirmations

2. Cancellation Instructions
